This all-levels class welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced yogis. We'll flow through gentle sequences designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and set an intentional tone for your day.

About Your Instructor: Brittney Carmichael
Brittney brings 13 years of dedicated yoga practice to the mat, along with certifications in yoga instruction, meditation guidance, and sound healing. As an empowerment coach, she's passionate about creating accessible, transformative experiences that help people reconnect with their intuition and inner strength.
A proud Farmersville native and 2002 high school mascot (go Farmers!), Brittney is deeply rooted in this community and committed to making wellness practices available to everyone. Her classes blend mindful movement, healing sound frequencies, and guided meditation to create a holistic experience that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Brit creates a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
